Jane
A. Pronovost is a professional guardian and provides a
variety of services to her wards. She is a member of the
National Guardianship Association. Jane is also on the Board
of Directors of the Florida State
Guardianship Association (FSGA) and is President of the
Central Florida Chapter of FSGA. Ms. Pronovost is
the instructor for the University of Central Florida Family
Guardianship Course.
Ms. Pronovost moved from
Massachusetts to Florida in 1985 and has worked for many years
in the legal field. Her experiences range from legal secretary
to office manager. She has also worked for a worker's
compensation law firm and a medical malpractice law firm.
In 1991, Ms. Pronovost
started her own company, Pronovost Processing, Inc., which
served the legal community providing a wide range of services.
In 1997, when a longtime elderly neighbor became ill, Jane
experienced firsthand the challenges and needs of providing
care for the elderly and/or incapacitated. From that point
forward, Jane's focus and passion has been to provide
professional and ethical guardianship services to elderly
individuals and disabled adults in the East Central Florida
area.
