Option 1:  Send us an email at guardian.instructor@gmail.com and indicate what class you are registering for the 8 hour or the 40 hour class.  We will send you an invoice via PayPal making it easy to make payment by credit card or debit card online. In your  email please be sure to include your name, address, phone number. 

Option 2:  U.S. Mail by sending a money order (no personal checks) made payable to Guardian Angel Services to 320 Wilshire Boulevard, Casselberry, FL 32707.  If registering by mail please print the registration form below and send it in with your payment. We confirm your seat by email so be sure to include your PRINTED email address
